1 Introduction

Welcome to Angin88. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Angin88 ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the services provided at angin88.cam ("the Platform"), including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, slot games, and any related features or promotions.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

2 Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

• "Platform" refers to the Angin88 website accessible at angin88.cam and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, matched deposit bonuses, cashback, or any other non-withdrawable credit granted by the Platform subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" or "Rollover" refers to the minimum number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by the Platform, including submission of government-issued identification and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" refers to any country, territory, or region where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law and from which access to the Platform is not permitted.
• "Game Rules" refers to the specific rules, payout tables, and mechanics applicable to individual casino games, slots, or sports betting markets available on the Platform.
• "MYR" or "RM" refers to Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency of the Platform for Malaysian players.

3 Account Eligibility

To register an account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. Angin88 strictly enforces an age-21 minimum for all gaming and betting activities. This requirement applies to all players regardless of jurisdiction.
2. You must be acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Registering an account on behalf of another person is prohibited.
3. You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or close family member of any employee or director of Angin88 or its affiliated entities.
4. You must not be accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
5. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion programme — whether through Angin88 or any other operator — that remains active at the time of registration.
6. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

4 Account Registration & Security

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, different identities, or shared devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

Upon registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number.
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
• Notify Angin88 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Update your account information promptly if any registered details change.
• Complete the KYC verification process when requested, including submission of a valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., MyKad for Malaysian residents) and any additional documentation required.

Angin88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials or from any unauthorised use of your account that you have not promptly reported to us.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

Angin88 supports a range of local and international payment methods for Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and cryptocurrency (BTC/USDT). The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice.

5.1 Deposits

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned, less any associated processing fees.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmation of receipt by the Platform's payment processor. Processing times vary by method; FPX and e-wallet deposits are typically credited within minutes.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and player tier.
• Angin88 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or payment provider may impose transaction charges at their discretion.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account in your own name that matches your registered KYC details. Angin88 reserves the right to reject withdrawal requests where this condition is not met.
• Before your first withdrawal, full KYC verification must be completed and approved. This is a one-time process.
• Bonus Funds and wagering-requirement-derived balances are subject to the wagering requirements set out in Section 6 before withdrawal eligibility is conferred.
• Standard processing times are 5–30 minutes for e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and 1–3 business hours for FPX/bank transfers. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 30–60 minutes. These are target times and may be exceeded during peak periods or for additional security checks.
• Withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day, as displayed in the Cashier section. Diamond VIP members have elevated limits as part of their tier benefits.
• Angin88 reserves the right to conduct additional identity or transaction verification checks before processing any withdrawal of MYR 5,000 or above.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Angin88 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms.

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x) is stated on the individual promotion page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified bonus validity window will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any derived winnings.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While Bonus Funds remain active in your account, a maximum single-bet restriction applies (typically MYR 250–500 per bet or spin). Placing bets that exceed this limit while using Bonus Funds may result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute at different rates to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games and live casino games typically contribute 10–20%. Specific contribution rates are listed in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry window, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are automatically removed from your account balance.
• Bonus Abuse: Angin88 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk matched betting, arbitrage strategies, and systematic exploitation of promotional offers. Where abuse is identified, Angin88 reserves the right to void the bonus, withdraw any associated winnings, and suspend the account.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain bonuses carry a maximum cash-out limit on bonus-derived winnings. This limit, where applicable, is stated in the individual bonus terms.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on the Angin88 Platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to the specific Game Rules applicable to each product:

• Bets are not accepted from players whose accounts are suspended, restricted, or where sufficient funds are not available in the Account Balance at the time the bet is placed.
• All bets are final once confirmed. Angin88 will not accept requests to cancel, amend, or void a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except where a manifest error (palpable error) has occurred on the part of Angin88 in setting odds or game parameters.
• In the event of a manifest error, Angin88 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts. Angin88's determination of what constitutes a manifest error is final.
• Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result as recognised by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, the respective national league associations for Liga Super Malaysia results, the UFC for mixed martial arts events).
• RNG casino games use certified random number generators that are independently tested. Published RTP figures represent theoretical long-term return percentages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Angin88 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or maximum win applicable to any individual player, account, or event, without notice or explanation, at its sole discretion.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Angin88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (including real-money deposits where fraud is involved), and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to place bets, access accounts, or interact with the Platform in any manner not authorised by Angin88.
• Exploiting any software error, bug, glitch, or misconfigured odds for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using the Platform to launder money or engage in any other activity that constitutes a criminal offence under applicable law.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with Angin88.
• Attempting to reverse a legitimate payment or chargeback after winnings have been withdrawn, or otherwise engaging in fraudulent chargeback activity.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any other person to access or use your account.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using VPN, proxy, or any other means of obscuring your true geographic location.

9 Intellectual Property

All content available on the Angin88 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, user interface design, text, logos, trademarks, and service marks — is the exclusive property of Angin88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software components of the Platform;
• Frame, mirror, or incorporate the Platform or any portion of it into any other website or application without prior written consent from Angin88.

Any unauthorised use of the Platform's intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Angin88 shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses in connection with the Platform;
• Interruptions to service caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, cyber attacks, or failures of third-party infrastructure;
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials;
• Any decision made by a game, RNG outcome, or sports event result that does not favour you.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Angin88 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, or freedom from errors.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, Angin88's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

Angin88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to satisfy KYC verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 8;
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months;
• At the player's own written request, including requests made under our Responsible Gambling self-exclusion programme.

Upon account closure resulting from a breach of these Terms, Angin88 reserves the right to withhold Bonus Funds and wagering-requirement-derived balances. Real-money deposit balances that cannot be linked to prohibited conduct will be returned to the player via the original payment method, subject to applicable KYC requirements.

12 Responsible Gambling

Angin88 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we actively support players in maintaining control over their gambling activity.

The following tools are available to all registered players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps through their account settings. Once set, a reduction in limits takes effect immediately; an increase in limits requires a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure maximum session durations after which the Platform will automatically log them out.
• Loss Limits: Players may define a maximum net loss threshold per day, week, or month.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary self-exclusion (30, 90, or 180 days) or a permanent self-exclusion through our support team. During an active self-exclusion, the player's account will be locked and all marketing communications ceased.

13 Amendments to These Terms

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact us to close your account.

Minor amendments, such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not materially affect player rights, may be made without specific prior notice.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which Angin88 holds its operating licence, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral authority.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent interlocutory or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights pending resolution of the dispute.

These Terms do not limit any statutory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
